Severe Cramp

I've suffered from cramps for a few years, but it just seems to be getting worse, last night my 2 legs were both badly cramped, I could not move, the pain was so bad it made me feel sick and faint, my husband massaged my legs and put warm flannels on them, I was in tears, it went after about 20 mins, but about half an hour after it started all over again,

trains68: As I have  written in previous posts  re Severe leg cramps, taking calcium magnesium tablets on a  regular basis have eliminated the severe upper thigh cramps that i used to experience.

I neglected to take my once every 2 week calcium magnesium tablet the other day and a cramp started just after i got into bed. I immediately hobbled out to where my tablets are, chewed one up and within 60 seconds the cramp was gone!!

This always works for me- try it and see if it works for you.

    good luck

    Hi

Just drink a small glass of Schweppes slimline tonic water maybe half hour before you go to bed. It contains quinine. It works for me and I have not had any thigh cramps for the last year. What can you lose by trying?
