Severe cramps from endometriosis

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hi, I’m 18 and I have just been diagnosed with endometriosis. They prescribed birth control but it hasn’t worked yet. What do I do for the cramps while I wait? I have tried Tylenol, ibuprofen, Aleve, Pamprin, heat, massage, acupuncture and essential oils to no avail. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I suffered severe cramps from periods as I was nearing the menopause, they even woke me up at night, something which had never ever happened before, I know its not quite the same thing as endometriosis but they were soooo painful. I used to take Feminax and now there is Feminax express and they helped enormously. You can buy them over the counter. Good Luck
