severe difficulty swallowing liquids or tablets

was initially told it was caused my anxiety and was Globus but its gradually getting worse and worse and worse.

Im really worried its something more sinister.

I am been referred for more tests.

Camera down throat showed up hiatus hernia and loose spinter.

The problem seems to be moving the liquid from my mouth down to my throat

It sounds like you might have some narrowing of the esophagus. But, if they scoped you they should have seen this and also met some resistance inserting scope. Unless they only looked at your LES and stomach. I would get a copy of the Dr’s findings (notes/impression) and see what he said about the esophagus itself.

I have a copy, it said Patulous LOS with a medium sliding H Hernia for the oesophagus and stomach and duodenum are both normal.

Then under that it has diagnosis Oesophagus and Hiatus Hernia.
