Severe Dizziness???

Does anyone else get severe dizziness with their anxiety? It sometimes feels like I’m so weak and about to pass out. I’ve been to 3 cardiologist and 1 electrophysiologist and they all say I’m fine. I just don’t see how anxiety can cause such bad dizziness because sometimes it happens when I’m not even anxious

Well I can say from experience with my husband who has severe heart failure, of 3 cardio's and 1 electro guy say you don't have a heart condition you don't.

So what do you have, are you breathing particularly fast, if so your oxygen & carbon dioxide are getting out of balance, that would make you dizzy.

Next time you get dizzy, get a paper bag and breath into and out in the paperbag, if your dizziness passes, your oxygen/carbon dioxide were out of balance.

    look up respiratory alkalosis.

I'm on the same page as you Albert. Keep searching for an answer. It may not be anxiety. I ended up seeing a Neurophysiotherapist and did lots of exercises and during the recent hot spell felt like I was falling backwards and some of my symptoms have returned. Do make sure you have plenty of fluids and sufficient salt in your diet.

Has anyone suggested you might need a test for POTS?

    Do you take any medication?
