severe dry eye HELP ME

Posted , 1 user is following.

I have smoked marijuana for the past 5 years 3 - 5 times daily sometimes. I had also abused prescription medication, (oxybutinin) due to the euphoric effects it would give me if I tried to stay awake, I would initially take it before bed since it would sedate me. It had very drying effects on the body which I did not consider and dismissed and was not told by my doctor at the time. I am now completely sober, except for taking allergy medications since I am sensitive to everything (dust, mold, pet dander). But my eyes are now messed up, specifically my right eye, I have two red veins that cut through my eye, and I have been to 3 eye doctors and they all tell me I suffer from severe dry eye. Due to covid and everybody thinking they are a doctor, when people see me they think I am ill since my scelera is not very white anymore. I now am the most healthy I have ever been, no red meat, primarily vegetarian, lots of fruit and veg and carbs. I take an expensive omega 3 to target dry eye, I take a supplement with 2000% daily value vitamin A, 200% daily value vitamin C, 300% dv vitamin E, and 600% dv of vitamin B1, B2, B3, 1000% dv b12. Will my eyes ever go back to being healthy? I use a warm eye compress twice daily, mositurizing eyelid wipe, and preservative free eyedrops from the eye doctor. I am now requested to see a dry eye specialist in 3 weeks. Has anyone every reversed dry eye damage ??? Help me please, everybody looks at me like I am covid patient zero and it has ruined my confidence and anxiety is always very high.
