I Suffer Arthritis, Rhuematoid Arthritis, type 2 diabetes, heart attack 1 stent fitted 3.5 yrs ago. Take over 15 tablets per day for the above Methatrexate, metforman, gliclacide, aloglipton, bisaprol, lanzaprol, ramapril, 4-6 paracetamol, 1 asprin. 3 month ago started getting excruciating pain in back of hamstring where it joins back of knee. GP not sure what it is possibly trapped nerve / sciatica. Have tried painkillers Duloxatine, Amotripoline, Tramadol, Gabapenton none of these provided any relief so currently on Progablin but still they don't help. Excruciating pain over 8 weeks now no relief, have severe shaking can barely eat or pick up a drink. GP doesn't know what to do next ? Physio suggest exercises but too much pain to do them, only relief is when sitting / lying down. What can I do ???
