Severe foot pain / ingrown mails + hammer toe

I need reflief. WHAT CAN I DO I HAVE SEVERE PAIN. FROM HAMMER TOE UNGROWN TOE NAILS.

    Hi...have you been to your gp...id had bother for years and eventually decided to look into surgery for them...all toes on both feet apart from big one....your gp can refer you to a consultant...ive just had my first foot done...my advice to you is try all options before surgery ...im 10 days pre op on four toes to straighten them...there are various aids you can get to wear on the toes...see if they help first...take care tina
