Hey hun, I have severe anxiety issues too 💯 ❤️ so I know exactly how you feel.. Just wait for the results of your blood work.. Try not to think about it keep yourself busy in the meantime with studying for your exams I know it's easier said than done but you're just going to drive yourself insane if you keep thinking that there's something wrong with you

i’ve been where you are and I know how it feels. But what I have learned is that when you worry excessively, you
can make yourself sick. believe me, its not worth it. I have decided that the time something happens with my health is when I will deal with it and not a second before.!
you are most likely fine, so relax, stay busy, listen to some great meditations on YouTube for anxiety.
remember, what we fear is something that actually rarely happens. Do you have a 99.9% chance that everything is just fine. Don’t do that to yourself. and don’t stop getting your yearly exams. I completely stopped stressing over things and feel so much better ❤

I had the same thing for years. There is nothing to fear. Do you have any symptoms? Fear crippled me and it does not anymore. When you face what you are afraid of you conquer it. So get your yearly done believing you are fine. Fear put my in a prison of my own. Push through it. Get help for it. I did in many ways. Hope the best for you.

I belive we all do in some way or another it's just the way we handle it and deal with it is what makes the difference and it makes a big difference if you have your own personal psychiatrist that you can see and talk with on a regular basis and especially if you need medications to help you out other your mental health issues because a family doctor is not really trained to deal with mental health issues so if you don't have a psychiatrist or a family doctor who can refer you to one then just go to the walk in clinic and get that doctor 😷 to refer you to see a psychiatrist asap. The sooner you get your own psychiatrist the better your life will be to manage especially if you do require meds to stabilize your depression and anxiety and any other mental health issues that you may be struggling with

living in this constant fear of what if is taking away your actual quality of life while your are actually healthy and fine.
Life your life while you have it, one day you will die and you will have spent your life in fear, for what?
This is what i have to constantly remind myself when im having a bad bout of health anxiety.
Honestly the stress and worry isnt good for our health or our bodies.
Live your life, you only have one.

I know all too well what you're going through - I have struggled all my life with depression and anxiety, particularly health anxiety. Saying things like "try not to worry" sound hollow when your fear is spiralling out of control. Are you getting any support for your anxiety issues? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the most effective approach for health anxiety, because it helps you change the way you respond to your thoughts. You can also try mindfulness meditation, which helps you observe your thoughts without getting caught up in them. Both of these have helped me. If you can, resist the urge to call your doctor for a week or so. If you haven't heard anything by then, there is unlikely to be a problem. In the meantime, try looking on YouTube for guided meditations for anxiety / health anxiety - there are some good ones. I wish you all the best. xx
