Severe incision pain after 5 years of liver transplant

I donated liver to my father in July 2015 and even today i feel severe pain in the area right below the incision. I've consulted various doctors who tried all types of pain relief injections, the pain has reduced over the years but it's still far from being normal. please help me as I'm getting really frustrated now, it's difficult to sit on a chair/drive for more than 2 3 hours and for work I'm required to sit for at least 9 hours sometimes more.

Any help/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
