Severe injury to forehead not healing

Hi all.

My first time on here so apologies if wrong topic.

Just after Christmas just gone I had a drunken fall. Hit the area above my left eyebrow.

I woke up in an ambulance with bad swelling and a deep cut.

I had an MRI scan, no fractures.

I had a black eye for a month which has gone and the cut has healed to form a small scar. It's still healing.

However 3 months on, the scar area is sore when I touch it. Also I have a small puffy ridge above the eyebrow in that area. It feels inflated, like swelling or odema? It's more raised compared to other side.

It's made my left eyebrow slightly higher than right eyebrow.

I'm just wondering if it's normal for it to be still sore when I press on it 3 months later and

for the area to be puffy and not go down?

it would be great if anyone could advise. Many thanks.
