Severe leg pain

In September had laminectomy and a foraminotomy to remove pressure of the nerve L4-S1 ever since had 2?epidural injections and every day, I struggle having severe sciatica pain in both legs making it unbearable to walk, taking Vicodin and Lyrica with very little pain control. I still have 2 herniated disk and I just found out I also have a pinch nerve on my right side. There have been times that I almost ended up in the E.R.

Now laying in bed and if I move legs painsad

The 2nd epidural injection did not helped. 

Any recommendation. This Thursday Ivhave a follow up.
