Severe lower back pain!!

I was on the Sertraline for a week. All of sudden I woke up with severe lower back and butt pain on my right side. This was only Thing I did different in my daily routine.

I stopped taking the Sertraline!!!!

I literally had difficulty standing, bending and doing simply every day tasks!!!!

I went to urgent care on Thursday; I was prescribed muscle relaxers and pain pills. 

I was worst Friday and Saturday; I finally had my daughter take me to the ER Sunday. The X-ray didn’t show anything abnormal.

The gave me some steroids and stronger pain medicine. They said it was sciatica; I finally, started feeling some relief later this evening.

I’m hoping each day it will get better!!!

I won’t be taking that medication anymore!! The pain was unbearable!!!

I did like that it suppressed my appetite!!!

    Ive been on sertraline for 7 months and had tge lower back pain but it went away

    However 2 days ago my back lower pains started again its making so anxious and 3 months ive had loose stools. See gastro doctor next week to work out if its anything bad or might need to work out if its the meds..

    Im hoping not becayse sertraline has helped me so much with anxiety not that these last few day have but initally it did
