Severe Pain after back tooth extraction

I had 2 teeth extracted on Monday and I'm still in severe chronic pain, can't eat or anything, I have been to the dentist three times about this pain and she says she doesn't see anything wrong and that it's not dry socket, but she tried to put the dry socket paste in it and I came off the chair screaming and crying in pain she tried another topical anesthetic and it had the same effect, now it's pouring infection and nothing at all to help the pain, she called me out lidocaine and I can't use it either, it hurts to breathe, for my tongue to even be around it is so painful, I can't even close my mouth all the way, I need help what do I do tramadol isn't helping, hydrocodone isn't helping neither is ibuprofen or Tylenol. I need help seriously cause I want to rip my jaw off, I can't take this anymore. HELP PLEASE
