Hi,
I m 28 years female(unmarried-vergin) ..
Yes may be i am lazy and not a good routine to follow,
from last 13-15 years blooding piles started, means ones in 3-4 months blood used to come with bowel movement, but i was young and it was embarrasing to tell about it, and i took nothing to heal it, used to bear it, and the recurrence become more frequent with time with heavy blood flow, but it was bearable as no pain was there, just felt weakness and i dont hv much work load i used to take rest , so took it lightly,
BUT.
from last 5 month the disease took a new face, it was bleeding piles earlier, now it became very painful and a skin tag or bud protrude from the anus, and stool pass became very painful, that made to take bed rest and sitz bath and i got treated in 4-5 days just medicie and 2 times sitz bath gave me relief, and i just started to ficus on my diet and regular time bound bowel moment..
That situation was really worse but healed with in time,
But but but...
Up to 6 days back that bud protruded was not removed yet, it was still there and not painful..
What happen 15 days back is,, i want to be more fit and fine (as my last month's routine was not good as i dint get proper diet) i made a routine of having 5 fruits daily , proper breakfast and doing zym, regularly...
I was following the proper routine.. then suddenly the problem started.. that was painful , but i thought it will be cured, and i didnt give much notice to it, i just try to forget it ... And due to frustration i dint even take care of my diet and ofcourse i have to leave the zym.. and that situation become worst.. then i realized i cant even bear this pain for small time,, i completely tranformed my diet plan took every possible care, do everything as i read on internet or told by old and experienced people.. and wemt to good doctors.. but after doing everything no relief.. i took herbal medicines , home made methodology .. but no relief yet, then for pain killer i am taking combiflame, but it is not giving much relief and no oinment is working... The anus opening has become severly hurt.. i try every possible bowel moment, how much pain it is, but i try to clear my colon.. i am taking sitz bath as much i can , but even sitz bath is giving irritation to me.. i taking every possible drink like water buttermilk and all cool things,, high fiber rich fruits cucumber, and lexatives..
I am not getting why its not geting cure..
What made it to happen? Does heavy work out in zym increases the chances of haemorroids,
Or the schedule before 5 days gave its affect now..
I was doing everything properly no constipation, what made haemorroid to arise..
Last question,,
After getting cure what make it sure not to face it in future,, what diet, what particular exercise, what schedule, what life style should be followed???
Please tell me, its unbearable pain, i can never bear it again.. and i need treatment now also

This is second time i am facing this and this is 5 times severe than earlier one..
And both time one thing was same, i did heavy work out...
So one thing came in my mind is, does heavy work out helps in creating haemoroids??
If yes, what exercise should be avoided??

Do not pressure on the toilet. Get directly in the shower and rinse with with warm or cool water. Do not let this get any worse. Please seek a doctor you trust who has experience in this area.
Good luck to you, hang in there.

Hi,
First of all, as others have said, go see a specialist. Not a general surgeon or GP. Go see a colorectal specialist. This is important. Ointments treat the symptoms not the cause. If you can et by with that great. However, it is often delaying a longer term problem. Diet is critical to keep BM's soft.
As far as gym is concerned, there is no question that lifting heavy weights, especially primary movements like squats and deadlifts contribute to this. I know a lot of bodybuilders and powerlifters who have had this problem. Lifting weights is certainly not the only factor, but it is one factor.
Surgery (to be avoided if at all possible!!!) is not a 100% guarantee of cure. From everything I have read it is a 95% cure rate.
Good luck.

I hope you will find relief soon, and a good solution. As others said, choose a specialist colo-rectal surgeon to care for you. If you can take your time, see 2 or 3 if you can, to listen to what they recommend, gather opinions, take your time, and weigh your options. You want to feel confident when you make a decision. I saw 3 colo-rectal surgeons. #1 said, "these Grade IV, Grade III hems have to go." I asked, what are the complications of surgery, side effects of the operation? He replied, "we manage it all." #2 said, "unfortunately surgical removal (hemorhoidectomy) is the only solution for you. I do this operation all the time, and I do it quickly so you are not under anesthesia very long. Nurses manage the after-care. #3 told me, I will definitely not do this surgery on you. She said, I would only consider hemorroidectomy in patient with extreme bleeding that interferes with life and health. She said, your hems pain is referred from pelvic nerve pain that reaches to the anal area. And you know what, I saw a pelvic pain physical therapist who treated me, and the pain subsided. I have been relatively pain free for almost 6 months, but now having a flare-up and I want to blame it all on the hems pain and go for the surgery. It's a continuous loop, so hard to manage. Meanwhile, I struggle with drinking 4 32-ounce bottles of water daily, eating more fiber than I ever want to see again in the after-life, and looking for private bathrooms where I can toilet and clean myself appropriately.
Not too many people are open and upfront about the hems condition, but it's a big deal. I feel for all here, and thank you for your frank discussion.

I'm so sorry to hear what you went thru. It was just like mine for 15 years bleeding hem before. I used to bear it and I understand the pain. Starting this year March, I had a real big change in life style and eating habit. It was not intend to fix hem but wanting a healthy life. Surprisingly, hem is going away by itself. In the past, I had hem bleeding almost every time and swell everytime. I can't sleep, can't sit. The worst time Im on bed for a week worrying the next. To keep this short, I've done all you do now. My hem did not return in the last 6 months.
Here is what I do. I quit pizza, fries, coffee, anything deep fried, spicy... even soda. Drink green tea and water. No shell seafood like shrimp, lobster, crab... I start juicing. Love celery/cucumbers +cantalop. Eat all kinds of fruits, veg... Not strong spice.
I think you got the first step. I somehow think the meat could be problem just becos how they raise. Every time I eat meat, it trigger my hem. So, I bring it down to minimum now and that eating habits continue.. we now homemade soy milk to sub commercial milk. Cut down fast food. I always keep some unsalted nuts handy. So, our eating is pretty good now.
Dr used to say fiber fiber and fiber... But with the amount we eating will never get hem out. Juicing seems does the trick.
Some how, I feel hem relates to topic of needing detox. Just my thought but that's my direction heading next.
Anyway, it's a painful experience with my hem for 14 years and it was once a biggest healthy related issue. I'm glad that is over. I'm at my 6 months and it was like a little dead skin now. It shrink down to 1 %? No meds, no surgery. Im just concluded this round is over finally.
I'm novice of any doctor. It's only my experience and thought. I wish you good luck.
