By any chance, were you told that there was something located in your appendix that may of caused you to have appendicitis? Most appendicitis is caused by a foreign object, piece of food or ab Appendicolith (a calcified piece of stool). I was told i have an Appendicolith inside my appendix. After reading up on it, i found out some have reacurring "Appendicolith" near where the appendix was located after removal. It can cause a dangerous infection. I would definitely go to the Dr if you are having similar pain to what you had with appendicitis... much better to be safe about it!! Hope everything is ok!

If the pain is still the same or worsening, you need to go back to A&E and at least get your blood tested. Could be an infection or problem with the area of your colon where they removed the appendix, but you need to be examined by the surgeon who did the op, or any other who specialises in appendectomy. I would not delay.
