Severe pain in the stomach

I cannot get help for my stomach pain. It is so bad that I actually scream. It is so bad that I cannot move. I have been to drs and told it was just a virus or an infection. Trying tell me it is gas. The colonoscopy dr said it was IBS and I have a spastic colon. Then find out the results are inconclusive. I cannot take much more. This is such a severe pain. I have been given Dexilant , among others. There is no relief.

    How absolutely awful for you. Could it be a food intolerance? Have you tried eliminating foods?

    I used to get pain and in my case it was a coconut yogurt that caused it, I would never have guessed, as I was eating it to be healthy, to not eat dairy. I stopped it and that pain stopped.

    Maybe there is something that you do not suspect and is causing it.

    hi becky, if your in that much pain ring 111 if you're in england? don't put up with pain, take the strongest pain killer you have and ask for help. gas like you'd get in pregnancy is horrid! have you tried any ant acids. if not and you have an all night pharmacy near you get someone to get something like gaviscon! good luck, doesn't sound fun. the only other thing that would cause this type of pain would be constipation. ❤️
