Severe PCOS symptoms? Looking for help?

I was diagnosed with PCOS two years ago and recently well holy hell broke lose, I’m not currently 16days late and after numerous neg tests and blood test after spending all day in hospital after serve abdominal pains my ovaries and back pain I was given antibiotics for a water infection even tho I was told I don’t have one and told to wait for a referral for scans, I’m still in agony and am now feeling nausea and dizziness? Has anyone had these symptoms are they PCOS related? Looking for something to help my situ as I’m one tired mummy atm, tia c

    I have PCOS but all I experience is mild pain under my belly right area, never had back pain tough!!! Hope u receive good new Good luck xx
