severe sleepless night effects

I do daily work of 8 hours working on a computer (not continuous concentration on the screen but still working on a computer)

I regularly sleep 7-9 hours a day (calculating sleep cycles accordingly) I also have good amount of deep sleep and my sleep quality is considered good.

I am also a "night owl". late night, is the highest level of concentration, productivity and efficiency for me.

So the other day I made a decision to work all night on a project for work. not peer pressure it's just that I like doing investing more than required into something I love doing. so I worked from approx. 10 PM to 7 AM the next day CONSTANTLY being in front of my PC and working. when it was time to leave home and start the work day, I took a cold shower, drank a cup of coffee I rarely drink coffee) and dressed up, I felt amazingly awake and happy.

few hours later, I started to feel very tired and awful, I felt my head spinning and my arms shaking and had very high thirst (I went to the toilet like 5 days that day) my eyes occassionally shut off and the entire day I fought these sudden shuts, I couldn't concentrate, I couldn't think and always felt a need to throw up and pass out (some feeling of weakness in your body) I had to keep working on the computer and my eyes were hurt a bit as well.

now, i'm 19 years old and during my 15-17 times I have done many sleepless nights playing pc games and the next day I felt just fine and just went to bed earlier to make it up for the sleep hours I missed the previous day.

I don't understand why my body reacted that way. after that I went to bed earlier and woke up and everything was back to normal but the day before felt very very bad and I am worried for a health problem I might have that caused my body to react in such way.
