Severe stomach cramps like once a month, with less painful ones, but still too much periodically

I've been on a mainly dairy diet for most of my life, currently 27 years old, and i believe since 17-18 years old, I've started to have issues with drinking chocolate milk/milkshakes/ice cream/pudding where after my first sip/bite i would immediately feel like i need to go to the bathroom, which i was fine with since it just made me have to go by the time i was done with them, but since last couple years I've had severe stomach cramps, and less severe cramps, I'm really not good with stomach pains so i might be exaggerating how severe it is, but I've stopped drinking milk like 2 years ago, but continued to eat bowls of ice cream/shakes and pudding.

I've just started avoiding all dairy/lactose for 2 weeks now, where I'm currently eating only applesauce, chicken noodle soup, oreo's, and spaghetti with noodles made in a factory where milk is handled and hunts meat sauce, and Italian seasoning.

I do not have a job right now so no insurance and funds to really go to get more variety of things to eat.

I'm still having cramps so I'm not sure if I'm lactose intolerant or if I'm just mildly, or if its some other issue.

Back when i was eating my normal diet i was having everything above, including mac and cheese, fettuccine Alfredo, butter, Reese's peanut butter cups, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and pop tarts but never felt a need to go to the bathroom after taking a bite of any of these. I also drank fruit punch, apple juice, orange juice, and ice tea, now i only drank ice tea mainly and some orange juice. Is drinking just mainly ice tea bad even tho its like a gallon of water with 4 scoops of ice tea mix instead of plain water, as i do not like any plain water or with flavorings since its either plain and makes me kinda gag a little like im going to throw up, and the flavoring kind just tastes nasty to me.

I did go to the doctor and was sent to a gastroenterologist that said i might have IBS, where i then was sent to a hospital and got a colonoscopy and Upper endoscopy, but they just said there was a little redness and thats it. (probably from needing to take miralax for the tests where i was having diarrhea and throwing up for the weekend i believe) so that lead no where.

Is what I'm doing with my "new" non dairy diet still bad that it wont really help, and with not noticing anything with eating other dairy foods unlike drinking milk/milkshakes, ice cream, and pudding that i might only have a slight lactose intolerance that if i just do not drink/eat those 4 things that eating the other dairy items i "should not" have these severe cramps if i start eating them again once all the past dairy is out of me? I would go to a doctor but i have no money or insurance, so I'm hoping to get good advise here as i cant handle this pain

You will need to ask your doctor these questions to get accurate answers. Try avoiding all dairy and try cooking from fresh and avoid all processed foods. Try to get insurance so you can see your doctor again.

I would love to go to a doctor, but with no insurance and not getting any interviews for literally any job, that is not something i can hope to do anytime soon. Tho from past visits (although from quite a few years ago like 5 years at least) every time i did go to a doctor they saw nothing wrong, so i assume they will say the same thing.

As for avoiding dairy I'm trying my best, stuck at my parents house and they are surprisingly not on board with the idea, as they keep asking me if i want something that is dairy and telling me I'm not lactose intolerant, so i need to eat what they normally get that is free of it, its been 2 weeks so far so 1 more till dairy should be out of my system, but to then wait idk how long to see if anything still happens

It could be IBS as was suggested. Some people with IBS have trouble with dairy. IBS doesn't show up on tests.A new doctor wouldn't necessarily simply tell you nothing is wrong and leave it at that without investigating further. He or she may well take a different approach and order more tests that haven't previously been done and finally diagnose you. Only your doctor can tell you whether you are lactose intolerant or not. Your parents won't be able to tell you that if they are not doctors. You can get lactose free dairy products.

While only one doctor recognized my symptoms and diagnosed me, none of them told me nothing was wrong. They all made an effort to help me even though most of them didn't come up with anything and one admitted that my symptoms were confusing and she didn't have a clue. If you eventually manage to get insurance, try seeing a different doctor to get another opinion. Intestinal problems can be hard to pinpoint.
