Sex on period day

Hi I just want to ask something. So Its been a year with no sexual activity but I had sex with my boyfriend on my second day of period it was unprotected because he told me it was safe in term of getting pregnant, it was painful because its my first time again having sex and I had period that day. Now Im worried and scared because Im 3days late now. Usually whenever my period is coming I had PMS such as sore breast, acne, cramps, But now I dont feel any symptoms that may tell that my period is coming I do feel something but i dont think its about my period I keep on peeing, my lower butt and back is hurting and I had watery discharge. Could I be pregnant?
