Sexual symptoms question, first time posting

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with a biopsy when I was about 12, 28 now and have gone untreated since I was 13 and ran out of my first steroid cream. I have occasionally had flair ups but nothing life changing so I havent treated it since. I have been reading up more than I ever have before about LS recently and I have a few things about me that I'm not sure are due to LS or not. Just wondering if any of you have had these same symptoms or if it's not caused by LS. My physical symptoms are not severe, itchiness and dryness mostly with cracking of skin if I've itched too much. The other issues that could potentially be symptoms are as follows:
Lack of sexual desire, even when I am not feeling itchy down there. I basically could go without sex for a long time if my partner didn't initiate things
Lack of physical sexual sensation. Sex can feel good but I have not orgasmed properly before and I feel nothing when touched down there by myself or my partner. Including clitoral and vaginal stimulation although vaginal can feel good in the right position.
My clitoris had a small bump on the tip that hardened and then eventually disappeared after about a week, that has happened a few times now
Very private topic but I never masterbate the 'normal way'. The only way I feel sexual sensation is through crossing my legs tightly whilst laying on my front.
Sorry if TMI it's just I wonder whether these difficult things in my life may actually be due to LS or maybe I'm wrong. Thought I'd try and find out.

Hi,
I have LS and I have been experiencing the same symptoms as well; low sex drive in which i can go on without sex for weeks as I found that it is difficult to get "wet" even though i want to be intimate. Dryness is a big factor for me too and i notice it more before and after my period. I have fusing on my clitoris which is maybe why for me it is difficult to get an orgasm.
How have your flares been as you haven't treated it since 13? Your lucky you kept everything the same visually as it an be scary and fearful to see changes happening to the vulva. I know you mentioned itchiness but is that just on the labia majora? I have been getting flares way too often lately and happening on the outside and the inner inside of the labia majora on the vestibule area.
I'm curious what others have experienced as well.
