Shadows on lung

i called the doctor a month ago after having a chest infection the previous month and having the same symptoms this month. i got

ordered a x ray, a blood test and a spit sample. the x ray came back as it was a cheat infection but there's a shadow on the right side, what could this be? a second x ray has been ordered for 6 weeks time? i am awaiting the blood test. but i am always sick, , always have a cough and phlegm and always get infections.
