In the early days James yes these are some of the side effects. I used to get dizzy with headaches and couldn't stand up without going all woozy. Yes the shakes too. With this medication it is normal to get worse before you get better. The first 2 weeks being the worse, you start to even out at about 4 weeks and then feel normal again about 6-8 weeks. I'm assuming you are still in the early stages of taking the meds but if not you may need to see your doc to get a change of medication. Hope you are feeling better soon

Yeah! I have been on this drug since beginning of December. I have had the shakes before, but not like this. Really feeling anxious, which is probably why I am shaking too. Was so happy yesterday as it was the first night I nearly had a full nights sleep. I wanted to change to another drug but my Doctor wants me to keep at it as I have been on them for 7 weeks.

I don't get the shakes anymore now, I have been on the meds since the beginning of November last year. They now only seem to happen when I get over tired or worked up about something. They should subside soon but in the meantime you need to try and focus on other things, take your mind off it for a bit. It's hard but it really does help.
