Shakes, Inner ear infection caused by Dust allergy

I have been having reoccurring ear issues since 2019 now. It was an original diagnosis of Labrinthitis but then was changed to Vestibular Neurosis. All i know, is that it is ruining my life. I am struggling to walk most days due to the Vertigo and spinning. I feel sick all the time like I'm drunk. Bumping into things constantly and having to put up with the embarrassment of it in public. The allergy still persists and i wake with swollen eye lids and eczema everywhere from the allergy. As well as fluid in my ear.

Doctors are doing absolutely nothing and have just left me like this for years. They aren't taking it seriously at all and have thrown me around to different departments who are all telling me different things.

I suffer quite badly with mental illness and this is just making life unbearable for me at the moment. I feel like i've reached a point now where i have no faith and have exhausted all resources.
