High Newey, I've had exactly the same but mine was right hand roughly same amount of months from having my right hip done, I didn't have any shaking in my legs though, I went to see a neurologist but results came back as nerve muscles and tendons that have been cut and stretched due to operation, also I do have a long history of lower back problems, if your in any doubt I would consult your GP as when can due to corona virus.
Hope this is some help

It is a tremor, or a fasciculation? I have one on my op side quad and glute muscles, but it has gotten a bit better. I was sent to a neurologist pretty quickly as I had a brother with MS, but mine is just benign.
I would say that a tremor could be due to a bit of muscle inequity, too. I got fed up with my rate of recovery so was very fortunate to be able to add in another physiotherapist to my regime - life changing.
These are just 2 suggestions based on my experience. I would definitely get it checked out further, if only for your own peace of mind...
Good luck,
Melanie
