Shaking and high heart rate all day!

Hey guys have any of you been experiencing shaking all day and a fast heart rate? Mines around 90 during the day resting (I'm relatively fit as well) my normal before all this anxiety is around 63. Is it normal to have these chest pains and fast heart rate even when I'm not anxious? The shaking is annoying as well. Anybody relate? Starting to think it's something more serious as I have had this for almost 5 months. 😢??

Thanks Helen,
Seeing many doctors and are going through Anxiety Disorder Unit sessions. Thankfully I got in. I'm still having a hard time convincing my brain it's all anxiety though. It's seems to be on my mind all the time just can't get rid of the thoughts on my symptoms. Do you struggle with health anxiety? Always worried about my heart.
The acid reflux is awful isn't it. I get that every morning when I take the anti-depressant. Hopefully with more time these symptoms will disappear.

Nice to talk again.
I shake constantly and have a lot of other weird things going on that the docs can’t explain.
I’m actually rite in the middle of a really bad time with my anxiety I’m trying to wean off my venlafaxine it’s been a week now down one dose.
The shaking has gotten even worst I don’t have chest pains but my heart races a lot and panic attacks are crazy at the moment.
I find the morning shakes are the worst though.
What other anxiety symptoms do you get ?
And I can’t remember are you on medication?

Hey carl,
Good to hear from you. it's absolute hell mate, good on you for reducing the dose. Hang in there
. I'm sorry you are having to go through this journey but at least we can take reassurance that we aren't the only ones suffering this. Doc's are having a hard time explaining any of it, to be honest. It's all put under the umbrella of anxiety. Annoys me when they say it's 'just' anxiety haha.
We are in the same boat with the shaking, the moment I wake up (if I get any sleep) I start to shake and get mini panic attacks, I have to take .5mg lorazepam to calm down it's damn scary. I'm still to find any coping techniques for calming down. Breathing and distraction exercises are just not working for me, unfortunately. Do you have any techniques for calming your anxiety man?
I think I have had all symptoms in the book, dizziness, heart palpatations, weakness in arms and legs, headaches, shaking, nausea. The list goes on and on. Worst is when goto bed and try to sleep get a jolt of adrenaline just before going to sleep.
The medication I take is Fluoxetine 20mg, Lorazepam .5mg and Zopiclone 7.5mg. Saw the doc today going to try and get rid of the Zopiclone as don't want to form a habit on those. Think the lorazepam will have to be next.
We'll get through it mate, hopefully just a little time like everyones says.

Hi Mike... I was in a state 5 months ago due to anxiety, I couldn't leave the house due to constantly shaking and fast racing heart plus all the other horrible symptoms anxiety brings... no matter what I did I couldn't get out of it, eventually I sent myself that insane and I was such a mess my mum marched me down to the doctors and they got straight onto the mental health crisis team who instantly put me on olanzapine and it helped calm me down... knocked me out actually for the first few weeks but it really helped my Anxiety. I'm noworking also on venlafaxine and mirtazapine, I'm not a 100% but the anxiety is now much more managable, I'm slowly piecing my life back together with the help from my Meds. Do you take any medication?
