Shaking and Tremors in arms hands and neck been going on for years please help

Hi everyone,

I am really struggling with my health and getting a diagnosis. For years now I have had shaking happening in a tremor type fashion rather than what would happen from anxiety or stress.

Eating at times doesnt seem to help and I get stomach issues where i never feel relieved and in either way and constantly need to pee.

Get stomach pains a lot, have problem with my hip and lower back and get pains down my legs. Chronic pain that fluctuates and when its at its worst feels like when you have a bad flu and feel like you have been beaten up.

I want to focus on the tremoring though. I feel or know I have weakness in my back but i see much skinnier weaker looking people without this problem.

Any help is so crucially needed and appreciated!

Paul

My family has familial tremor or essential tremor. Its inherited and and gets worse with age. My dad used a shot of B&B to calm his down for special occasions or when a signature was required. Apparently there are a lot of different types of tremors. A web page called VeryWell Health has a good basic section on tremors and how they are diagnosed. There are a lot of treatments for tremor today but you need a precise diagnosis. Sometimes you may have to help the doctors along by providing them with the information they need for diagnosis. The doctors are supposed to ask but often they don't have time or they become distracted. And you may need referral to a specialist, especially if your regular doctor stalls out.

We don't have the other symptoms but there are so many variables in this kind of thing that it doesn't mean much. Just perusing the other stuff you mention it appears that it might point to some sort of spinal issue. Have you had your back X-rayed, MRI'ed or taken glucocorticoids?
