shaking/spinning head

Hi,

I am on bp medicine taking telma 20 daily. My bp readings are normal sometimes in the mid of the day it may goa bove 130/90 but remaining time less than 130/90.

Sugar levels are normal and usg scan, lipid profiles everything normal.

But still i feel like my head is haking or spinning. Mostly in the afternoon office hrs.

What could be the reason.? sometimes i chekced bp when it was spinning, bp was normal but still i face this.

what should i do? please suggest.
