Shaking with anxiety right now. Am I having a heart attack or what? Please someone reply! SO anxious

I've posted this morning but the post has been sent for moderation and it's not back yet so I'm gonna make a new one. So since yesterday I had weird symptoms on my chest. I started getting chest pains that didn't last for long, breathlesness,my right lower leg was burning and aching (that went away) and then my right hand was painful and feeling weak (that went away too). Today I woke up and I felt fine only until I had to go to the super market where I started not feeling my pulse, feeling weak, light headed, dizzy,I felt like I was gonna faint. I made it home with so much difficulty and I just crushed on bed,I then had tachycardia like I was running for HOURS! I felt agitated all day, I then ran a little fever just 0.4 points more than average (fever is gone), had weird head pressure and dull aches that are gone too now. I was feeling calmer after midday and afternoon.
I ordered pizza and as soon as I ate the first bite I had RAPID heartbeat! Really bad tachycardia. I ate 3 pieces and the tachycardia didn't stop. I still have it, at one point I really thought I was dying. I went to the toilet after eating. I took 0.25 xanax and I feel sliiglhtly better. Still tachycardia and my chest is burning now and I have occasional dull aches. I really feel like I'm gonna die today. Only thing that calms me down is that If it was a heart attack,it would have occured by now? Those symptoms started just yesterday,if it was a real problem wouldn't it be obvious before? I really don't know what to do,I'm desperate. I've booked a cardiologist appointment which I have on Friday morning but I don't even know if i'll be alive by then.
Btw I went to a neurologist and gastreontologist this week. Both didn't see anything concerning, just some acid (probably gastritis caused by stress, not bacteria) so my gastroentologist prescribed me with omeprazole, could all these be side effects of this?
I really don't know all these happened too fast,I'm even scared to go now, agoraphobia is back. I think I'll just faint if i go out as I get so tired just by doing minor things. Has anyone experienced this? Please someone reply, please! I really don't know that to do!
I'm only 19, eating healthily and really taking care of myself, how could this be a heart attack?

Also, I've had an ecg not long ago, and the doctor said my heart looks healthy and perfectly fine. Could anything change since end of November?

First thing is to remain calm, don't think you're dying as that flares your anxiety and makes symptoms worse. I also used to have really bad chest pain that made me think I was dying all the time and just turned out to be acid reflux. I have anxiety and dizziness 24/7 currently and feel like I'm going to faint but I breathe through it and hold on to something. it is a pain to live with sometimes I can't handle it and my heart goes a bit crazy from the stress. Your doctor will help you and don't think the worst as I've made that mistake , I've felt dizzy for three months on a daily basis all hours of the day and ive realised if t was that serious I would of kicked the bucket by now. Just know you won't die and Lethe doctors will try their best to help you

Apparently I do have that, the gastroentologist gave me medication that i started yesterday. omeprazole. Do you think this could be causing that? yeah i used to feel diziness and lightheadness too without the tachycardia! It basically started today, I get up, I do little things and I get tachycardia! I was sitting ,watching bibg bang theory to get my mind off of it and my heart was RAPIDLY beating and then nausea came. I don't know I really feel like death is close. Thanks for your reply and I'm sorry that you're going through anxiety too.. it's a tough road. I wish you the best and may we all get through this.

Is there anyone you can talk to to help calm you.
Breathe in and count to four. Slowly breathe out while counting to eight. Do this a few times. It should help.
Get a piece of paper and start writing what you are feeling. This may also help to calm you.
This feeling will go away.

Yes indeed, but I've been having this feeling ALL day. I don't wanna wake up tomorrow feeling like that again, I'll go crazy!! I'm currently hosting a friend who knows about my anxiety so she kinda helps me, but she will leave tomorrow which freaks me out real bad. I feel like I'm gonna end up to the ER again, disappointing my mum again.
I did try breathing techniques but I didn't seem to relax, only get worse.
I will try that, thank you! Do you suffer from anxiety too?

Just reading the tests you have had should by now understand your condition is what is causing your concerns. If you have any idea of why you suffer Anxiety that will help you hopefully control it.
Since November I would suggest hopefully you are of especially with your age so that is another good reason to feel you are fit and strong, You seem to be upsetting your own health as you explain you are eating well and being only nineteen I would say you are fit and need to move on with your life

actually I have the 0.25 mg pills, not 0.50 mg ones, I also thought about taking two but I don't wanna get addicted, I'll definitely need taking tomorrow too until my tachycardia subsides and until I go to the cardiologist.
I'm currently working on the root of anxiety, I'm on therapy. What's most upsetting me and driving me crazy is that I was feeling better after my doctor appointments. For 1 day! ONLY! Then this happened ot of nowhere, I didn't have anxiety so it created the vicious cycle again and I'm just getting tired cause I didn't trigger my anxiety and I was really trying to move on after that. Thanks for your reply! Do you think omeprazole has anything to do with it?

Hi.
Your not alone, I've experienced similar symptoms on many occasions. Please calm down, your working yourself up.
Last time I went through similar symptoms was 2 weeks ago, I thought I was a gonna, you must relax and try not to think about it, I know it's hard not to but please try.
You have had expert advice and they didn't see anything wrong with you.
I find talking to people with same symptoms helps me, 2 weeks ago I had pains and dule aches on my heart side followed by pain in my left arm, I could feel my heart beating away and my breathing became heavy, I was beside myself, it was all stress related, I went to Doctors and I was so stressed my blood pressure was high, when doctor checked me over there was no cause for concern, just needed to calm down. I checked blood pressure at home and there was a couple of normal readings where I'd relaxed, I only relaxed because the doctor didn't have any reason to rush me to hospital. Please calm down, your not alone.

Thank you very much for your reply. It really is comforting knowing I'm not on my own with these debilitating symptoms. It just won't let me rest. As soon as I was trying to get better after my doctor appointments, this hit me and it made me feel more than sure that there is something wrong with me that they haven't found yet. I feel like I'm going crazy sometimes. I find it difficult to go out tomorrow. Ugh. I'm sorry that you too are going through this. Best of luck!

Awww don't worry, last month I was convinced I had a brain tumour, then throat cancer, believe me, it goes on and on. Just keep talking to people with similar symptoms and once you know you are not alone, and have discussions with others, you then find yourself saying, yes I have that to lol. It all helps. One thing I found, I had to clean my house due to expecting a visitor, I was rushing around. It was latter on it thought, how comes i didn't have any pains whilst doing housework and rushing around. It's because I focused on something else. Another thing I was taught is to keep saying the word calm over again, breath in for 7 seconds and breath out for 11 seconds. But the best thing of all is chat to us lot. It's good to talk.

Yeah I know how it is, it really sucks, doesn't it? It is definitely of help to have people who go through the same, talk to you. I actually have found out that too! Everytime I have to clean the house, I have no symptoms whatsoever! I actually keep busy and it helps. Thanks very much for our advice!
