Shaky and anxious in the mornings

I'm on day 20 of 50mg and I'm still waking up with the shakes and anxiety. I feel better once I get up, but is this still normal to experience this at day 20 and beyond?

Hey Jennifer,
I'm still new to this too and on day 21 as well (but only 25 mg). I don't know what's "normal" but I still wake occasionally in the morning with anxiety-- ESPECIALLY if I didn't sleep well the night before (insomnia still hanging around)... like you, once I get up and moving it almost immediately disappears... So, I imagine since it's happening to both of us it's probably pretty normal. Also, from what I understand the medication doesn't eradicate all anxiety-- it just makes it manageable!
Good luck and I hope this symptom fade.

Hi Sarah,
Sounds like we started on the same day and experiencing very similar side effects. I've been shaking all day, my mood hasn't been too bad but this shaking is always a reminder of the situation. I'm hoping that we leave the side effects behind us soon. It's such a long process. How has your day been?xx

I've had a pretty good day. I think I have come to the realization that the medicine is a tool to help me get through my anxiety. And instead of hating it and trying to get it to go away-- I've been just accepting it and allowing it to be there (this is from my therapist). So, I've been practicing that ALL day and my nerves seem okay.
Like you- any reminder of my anxiety is a potential trigger usually but using this thought process has helped tremendously.
So, long story short, im doing okay today-- anxiety is there but I'm rolling with it! How about you? How are you feeling?
