shallow retinal fluid

Writing after long time on the forum following first retinal detachment 11 yrs ago to date.

Got affected again on the other eye - was noticing something off @ 7-9 oclock positions 2 months back; surgeon confirmed it was shallow retinal fluid but no holes or tears they put a laser barrier. 4 weeks later CSR affected just off center vision; IV flouriscien exam confirmed the leakage. in the examination; they also found another area across diagonally @ midnight to 2'clock at the periperhy with shallow retinal fluid.

They have chosen to wait as there was no tears plus also the CSR could be affected if another barrier is created.

Very worried why does shallow retinal fluid come on; i dont have diabetes and borderline BP which i started to make meds now for 9 years. Spirilactone 25mg/daily was prescribed to see if that may resolve CSR.

Any suggestions and thoughts; how does the one treat or find the cause of shallow retinal fluid.
