Share Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks Symptoms

Hello Ladies,

Just wondering f any f you ladies that suffer from anxiety, depression and panic attacks would share your symptoms. I have been told I am dealing with anxiety, which I have had for years, but this seems worse than anything I have experienced in the past. I want to think it is hormone fluctuation but have been told I am to old for that to be the case. I will be 60 in September and post menopause 12 years. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
