My Pleva /plc   Began to appear late last spring - and by autumn had really taken it’s toll on my body -  I had three unsuccessful visits  with my trusted dermatologist -Two biopsies were performed on March 1 of this year diagnosing pleva - doxscillin and Cortizone cream were  prescribed - I gave it a month of homeopathic and natural healing - knowing how much damage  Antibiotics

Do to my gut health - four  thieves vinegar - organic natural diet - vitamins etc. - in 2016 I did whole 30 which really increased my health benefits amazingly - since then I have been off added sugar dairy little to no wheat - i’m an avid exerciser and get at least 8 to 9 hours sleep a night - considering myself a very healthy 60-year-old woman - as the Pleva continues to spread on my body and cause great discomfort I tried the doxacillin and lasted three days it made me very very sick - I am waiting to get into UCSF for a Pleva specialist at the end of May - I also have an appointment this week with another dermatologist for a second opinion and more biopsies - I have spent countless hours standing on the Internet this auto immune disease as I’m sure the rest of you have - The lesions are a symptom and I am trying to get to the root of the problem - medical profession doesn’t know whether it’s viral bacterial or parasite  - One theory I do have his last April I had a shingles immunization during my yearly physical advised by my doctor because of my age - I had a horrible reaction in the shot  location and was prescribed steroids to bring down the infection - I did not get shingles but an extreme sore reaction - I never get vaccinations and never will again - my condition steadily worsens -
