I was told 18 months ago that my left ovarian cyst was size of small plum I was then basically discharged from gynae . I had since been going back and forth to docs with heavy prolonged bleeding I was told I was perimenopause, I referred myself to Sandford for marina coil 4 weeks ago and since then seen gynae had CT scan which revealed a cyst also on my right ovary im being scheduled for full hysterectomy and cant be sure if I have ovarian cancer in till after op as pathology examine the cyst after removal im 54 years old and terrified of operation and possible outcome anyone had similar experience desperate need for reassurance x

    Why in the world are they taking out your uterus! Is it a male surgeon because these guys are hysterectomy crazy. They just like butchering up women. Most hysterectomies are unneccessary but these sickos see it as extra money.

    I would get a second opinion. It's your body. Keep it that way.
