sharp chest pain

Sharp chest pain like a ouch jump pain started in my chest centre little to left and it happens about 5 times in contraction which then lead to a tight ming chest kinda ache then tight throat like lump in throat then between shoulder blades hurt then under left breast and my left bicep then got shivers in arms and back only I did my own pulse which was 90 no other signs of panic attack though could this be a panic attack still ?

    Yes it sounds like stress and anxiety. I had that exact same thing and called doc who sent ambulance to me as thought I was having heart attack but the paramedic said it was stress and anxiety related and told me to rest. Maybe go to your doc and let hem know as u might need meds, hope u feel better soon x

    I would to diagnose your symptoms but I know that these anxiety states and panic attacks are very scary.

    I empathise with you as they can take over your life and make you so scared and life takes on a very dofferent meaning.

    Thank you I don't seem to get the racing heart and these pains have cone out the blue I have had heart ultrasound in October and my results yesterday for my holter saying all is well so my mind was at rest about my heart until today and this happens 😦xx

      Unfortunately, you will probably continue to require ongoing reassurance that your heart is ok and health anxieities do not just go away, they tend to become triggered over the years by various things.

      It is very improtant to try and deal with these unhealthy behaviours and thought pattenrs which result in the intrusive thoughts, however, I do not have the anwers myself and still learning. I have had the problem of anxiety and panic about my health for many years and I still dont know how to get better control.
