Sharp, dull pain in back and side which radiates into groin and anus area

I had it for about 30 minutes this morning and felt appalling. The pain was switching from my hip area, to my back, intestinal area, and then to my groin. The pain was very dull. I can't describe it better than that but it's the type of pain that is very bad. I felt nauseous and my temperature shot up during this period, too. I'm not sure if it's related to my popping and full stomach lately or not (which I've had every day for over a month now). I don't get this pain often, only now and then. What could it be? I apologise if this is the wrong place to put this, but didn't know where to put it exactly.
