You have a round worm infection. It is not super common in the States and the stigma attached causes it to be a topic that is not discussed. I am lucky enough to have a sister that is a Naturopathic Doctor. I also have a compromised immune system and frequently get sick with what people call "kid illnesses". If your doctor won't help, I would suggest looking up a Naturopath in your area, or one that can help online. I would make sure they are an actual N.D. that went to med school and not just someone that calls themselves doctor. Mebendazole can treat it quickly, but there is a chance or reinfection, so you will probably need to get treated again after 6 months or so. I am so sorry for what you have all been through and I can definitely relate. The absolute worst is when people tell you there is nothing wrong with you and make you feel crazy until you get so sick it can't be denied... especially when it's someone that is supposed to care like a loved one or your doctor.

not sure if my issues are exactly the same but my symptoms were similar. Before you lose your mind reading these blogs you might want to do yourself a favour and get tested for Alpha Gal Syndrome. it is an allergy to mammal meat and byproducts like dairy and gelatin that is caused by a bite from a lonestar tick. i had a severe rash for over a year before my dr tested me. i tested positive for the antibodies and have since gone vegan plus poultry and fish. The changes in my diet have resolved all of the strange skin symptoms and it has been a huge relief for me.

I share this in hopes that it provides some answers for some of you as i know how maddening it is to have your sanity questioned while dealing with unsightly sores and stuff coming out of your skin.

I've recently had something very similar to this have not know what it was they kept me on antibiotics and steroids which I think the steroids made it worse I think it might be demodex mites which are face mites but if you have a sore or a yeast problem on your body or you get infantigo with these mites is horrible and yes you have a little white dots all down in your wound it hurts like hell to plug them out also there is little seed like things in the side of every one of my sores! I've been to the dermatologist infectious disease etc they've kind of give me the roundabout too I was at my wit's end I've had it for almost a year I recently went three days ago and bought two bottles of new skin in the spray bottle so I would have something so nothing would get in my wounds they were horrible on my face all over my body I sprayed every one of them with the new skin immediately I saw a change in the way they looked if I looked real close they were little dots and all my sores it felt like things were in between layers of skin it hurt really bad it burns really bad and it itched it's been horrible but I sprayed every one of them with that new skin I saw a change in color changing the way they were 3 days later I spray them again I get in the shower this morning actually and they all wipe off with little white balls coming out of all my pores the only thing I can find on little white things coming out of your pores like that is the demodex mites hope this helps

That really sucks man. I have a similar problem. Same worm-like inflammation from pores, i same throat correlation, slow healing, etc.

Dont let the 'worms' make you crazy. Its only alive in an organic sense. Its just rapidly produced inflammation mixed with older, more dry stuff, puss or whatever. Its under pressure and when exposed to air it reacts. Its not alive, but it can move.. just like whipped cream or something.

The issue is real, but step back. Its an inflammatory response. Check out Mast Cell Disorder. often your own immune response can be the culprit for things like this, like an allergic reaction.

Hang in there. I'm doing the same. Try antihistamines (xyzol), Tylenol, probiotics, yogurt, kombucha, sun, dont pick, a very little dab of hydrocortesone.

I started to see thin hair-like fragments on my arms & legs, up to 5mm long appearing in my skin after profusely sweating (bought on by my hyperthyroid condition, as well as an intense bout of cleaning from a new cat/expired spot-on > flea infestation). Also, white worm-like or egg-like things coming out of my fingers, hands, arms. Ive spent hundreds of hours since, researching what it could be. Maybe over-active demodex, but they are supposed to be clear & microscopic Scabies, same. Morgellons? Some type of worm? Fungus? Yeast? Maybe caught when in Thailand years ago. May have been bought on from my intense stress from the fleas, or nearby birds nests or rats. Ive noticed that they heal/disappear when I take probiotics and improve my diet, but they come back when Im unwell & when I sweat a lot.. Im awaiting biopsy. Meanwhile, Im using Tea Tree spray on my skin,, a sulphur solution on the wounds, pine tar, neem, and just started para-fight herbal solution. I tried albenzadole which helped but they returned. I still see these tiny blue-black 'strawberry seed' sized specs with a hair growing out of most of them. Makes many look like tiny bluish black tadpoles or sperms, until you look closely & see its a spec with a fiber or hair coming out sometimes just a spec / dot. Always blue-black. In my sheets & when I shake out my clothes. So everything is 'one use only'. Its driving me bananas. I will definitely post here if I find a way to get rid of this completely.

ive had the same thing for the past couple of years and countless doctors have told me im delusional. my hair has also changed from my natural light brown color to jet black and its gotten way thicker and more course. when i cut it, pieces of hair absorb into my akin and it hurts like hell. they also absorb into other hard surfaces. when i applies heat with a blowdryer a bunch of balls of white fuzz came out and my head was conpletely covered in white fibers. when i take up close photos of my scalp i can see white fibers growing out of the inside of my hair. There are also small black fibers wrapped around my hair shafts and black balls all over my scalp. Ive found some other weird looking creatures in there also with spikes coming out of them. Mosly however, its the white fibers that move, somerimes bite and soak through glass and granite that are strange.

hi did you ever get this resolved as im experiencing the same issue, thread like worm with sharp hook at one end under the skin on my face. i can move them around using a q-tip .i tried digging one out and got a sticky residue from it. id like to know what to say to my Dr so i don't look and sound like a crazy goofball .

hey guys n gals look into Cutaneous mucormycosis especially if anyone experiencing these issues are diabetic or haven't checked if they're diabetic , i've spent countless hours reading medical journal after journal then came across this fungal infection .it can be a primary or secondary infection bought on by worms ,breathing mould spores , skin injury amongst other things. it has all the traits of the issues concerning the problems people are writing about.. hope this helps
