Sharp pain?

For the past couple of nights I’ve been getting a sharp pain on the right side of my head. More towards the front side, if that makes sense? It doesn’t go past my ear, it stops right above my ear. 

Tonight I keep getting a pain in my right eye that shoots straight through my temple to above my ear. It’s on and off but it hurts sad. I feel an ache at the base of my head on the right side as well. Right where my neck and head meet. 

I’ve dealt with tension headaches before but not sure I’ve ever had a migraine. I’m a huge hypochondriac so I’m staying away from Google LOL. 

Any ideas as to what this pain? Not sure if I should call my doc tomorrow or just leave it alone.
