I keep getting this horrible painful pain that feels like a knife stabbing me throight my chest to the top of my back near my shoulder blades my right arm also feels like its aching and i have 2 finger tips that are numb and have been for some time been getting this pain for years and its got worse always occurs at night what is it

Hi I get that sharp knife stabbing pain when I'm in bed. Can't even move to get up or turn sides. Have had it on and off for years. I've noticed for me that it's comes on days I've had white bread, white rice or white pasta. So I eliminated them and it didn't happen. So then I forgot and ate them and it came again that night in bed. I don't know what it is and drs don't even respond when I've mentioned it.
