Sharp pain under left side collarbone after hanging from pullup bar during workouts.

I recently started working out again and during my routine I hang off the pull-up bar and work out my abs. I pretty much just dead-hang there while lifting my knees up to my chest. The problem is, after I finish there is a sharp pain under my left side collar bone, it hurts a ton. I usually stretch it out after (as painful as it is) and it eventually goes away. Not sure what this is, only started happening recently.
