Sharp stabbing breast pain

Hello, I am 34 years old and suddenly I've started having breast pain. I can describe the pain as being similar to premenstrual breast pain however I am 13 days from my next period and I usually don't develop breast pain until 3 days prior. The pain is sometimes unbearable especially if I'm wearing a under wired bra or not wearing a sports bra at all. Both of my breast feel heavy and sore with an occasional sharp stabbing feeling towards the outer sides nearing the bottom of my breasts. I also have what appears to be a single tiny blood blister near my left areola. I haven't been massaging my breast as I should have been, however since the pain has occurred, I am constantly checking them and rubbing them for as much as I can stand. Anyone experience this? What are your thoughts about what this can possibly be?
