Maybe you ate too fast. Perhaps you ate fast food. It could be a number of reasons. Try eating 5 times in a day. Small quantities and easy on complex carbs. Visit your doctor and fully explain your systems. Ask him for an endoscopy, and a barium swallow. All this will help with the prognosis.

Certainly you need to visit your doctor who in turn will set up appointment with a consultant and you probably need an endescopy to find out what's going on

It is rather a common symptom of gastritis and inflammation of stomach lining causing indigestion. Is it a long-term issue or a short-term issue? Are there any other symptoms? Do you suffer of any chronic gastric issues? Have you eaten anything that might have triggered it? Is it a sharp pain? Does it radiate in your jaw or limbs? Do you feel nauseous? Did you see the doctor?

about a week & a half ago i randomly got sharp stomach pains (i assumed it was because i was hungry & hadn’t eaten in a few hours) it eventually turned into me losing my appetite, slight nausea on & off & just a general unwell feeling. i also a burning hunger feeling in my stomach at times. i’ve always felt these symptoms as i have been diagnosed with gerd 2 years ago but it’s never been this continuous. i feel weakish because i have not been eating & along with that i feel the burning then some nausea. i went to the hospital 2 days ago they said nothing except a uti. i see that they had nexium on the sheet they gave me but only prescribed painkillers & uti medicine.

Forget all other medications for acid reflux and just take a quarter tsp of bicarbonate of soda in water every day.If you doubt this advice then research it.I was on lanzaprole for years but have not needed it for 3 years now thanks to bicarbonate.
