Catches my breath and almost feels like a lump inside. Very worried

Oh dear Hayley. I hope ur ok! I have aches and stretchy kind of aches on my right hand side but not like u describe. Maybe best to try and see your doc really? I'm sure it's okbut it's best just to check. Keep us posted on how u get on. Take care x

Possibly a muslce being pulled? Did you try anything like ibuprofen? I tend to give things like that a day or two, and if it doesn't ease up, then I make an appointment to see doc.
