Shaving Rash or herpes?

I had sex with my girlfriend and I had these spots at the bottom of my shaft I figured it was from me shaving. Because I shaved down there before and it gets irritated. she had No red spots of any kind on her vagina nor ever has. But about 4 days later the rash spread Down my penis I went to the sexual health clinic they said it could be herpes and waiting on test results. 4 days later she Noticed 1 or 2 spots appear On her vagina but then went way After a few days. Mine got worse . But now are healing. She's telling me It's from me because of these spots I irritated it while shaving thus making it more susceptible to break out. I Think that that was just a shaving rash and this other rash I have I something to do with it. I've never had any breakout or spots on my Penis that I could ever recall but I did have unprotected sex a few times with strangers years ago. image
