Shingles ????

I have been positive for EBV for 7 years, I have been having a lot of fatigue. So my doctor wanted to look at other markers as well. I tested positive for varicella Igg is 2282 and Igm 1.16 . I don't really have many symptoms but he started me on an antiviral to be safe. I've had some itchy skin and mild tingling in my left cheek. Are these test accurate?

Not sure if i should have concern or not. The ebv has been my enemy more than anything i've ever had.

Basically it says that the results of the test should not be used alone to diagnose shingles and “should be interpreted in the context of clinical manifestations.”
