Shingles again ? Any one advise ?

i am 33 female , i have just had shingles again , 1st time was 6 months ago, this time is very veey mild .

now i suffer anxiety pretty bad , (mainly health anxiety) , i have been very stressed of late im not sure if this is why the shingles has come back ?

anyway im really getting my self worked up about why they are back again, my immune system must be low , is it because of stress , or couldni have some underlying illness , cancer been my 1st thought, im starting to worry so much,

is it normal for someone of my age to have it twicenin 6 months or could it mean something seriously wrong with me ? any advice would be appreciated x

    my daughter got it twice once when she was 15 then again when she was 20 doctor said some people just get it and it wasnt a sign of anything medically wrong
