Itching after shingles

    Please make sure you're not taking hot showers or baths, that can make the itching worse.

    Hi - I have found great relief from using Aloe Vera gel - it is very cooling to the itchy areas, also cold compresses or cold showers - its the most awful virus going, sorry to hear you're suffering and I hope you feel much better soon.
