Shingles - itching

Has anyone anything to recommend other than Calamine (tried that) to alleviate the itching please?

    Hi. I use Rescue Cream from the Bach Flower remedies. It seems to help stop the rash getting any worse.

    Give it a go. It's the best thing I have tried.

    Aloe Vera is a must also try a mixture of oatmeal (ground up in mixer) and vinegar into a paste. Use it in bath water or a basin of water for the areas affected with the shingles. It works! biggrin
