Shingles my best friend

You know this is a friend because it never leave you alone, I lost myour brother a couple months ago massive heart attack then just about amonth ago lost my mom she and my brother were very close so she took his death pretty hard when my brother died my daughters and I went to my moms house and my daughter had gone in my mom's room to give her a hug and I was in the living room and she told my daughter you sure have gain weight now she has done this for awhile so my daughter stop going to see her so that made her other sisters upset stop they just stayed away and I told her you are hurting her she didn't even listen my family has been stressful to me so I was told by the doctors if you want to live limit your time with them and I had I know that keeping your distance will help you I am still trying to keep my self healthy I go swimming every day to help my shingles has not attacked me as much and my chin had been burning really bad for about a week and I finally realized that it was shingles so off I go to get it down .

    Dear Yvonne,

    I am so sorry for the loss of your brother and mother. It is too much to bear. Your stress levels are extremely high. You are correct that shingles never leaves you alone. To call it a friend, I can't really agree.

    I hope you have analgesics that are helping you with the pain of the shingles. I hope that your family is being supportive while you grieve and are trying to recover from the shingles.

    I'm going on week 5 the sores are all healed up except one. I'm going to have alot if scarring on my arm. But my shoulder has massive pain inside still. I can't sleep and have trouble doing my job

      It will get better they will heal mine were so bad my doctor was crying and it heal its not bad I can see it but don't think about because you will be upset and it stays longer
