Hi Penny. Yes, i have PHN and took the Shingrix vaccines. Many people say this new Shingrix vaccine has helped with both shingles and relief from PHN.

Hi! I Put my name on a 4 page waiting list for SHINGRIX at Walgreens Pharmacy, today I found a CVS that had one vial of SHIGRIX! So I had to pay $174 for the shot, insurance would not cover it. I'll be 60 on 4/13. If it lessens the trigeminal face pain it will be more than worth it! My arm is hurting at the moment, will report later to let everyone know if it helped - MERRY Juliana suggested the SHINGRIX shot for me. I had a rash on my face that the dermatologist said was a type of rosacea caused by stress, but I have had PNH for about two months, so I think it was Shingles, the PNH symptoms last felt last week, I'm so grateful they had a shot for me at this time, I get Shingles several times per year.
